Abstract It is known for a long time that inlet port geometry has great influence onto fluid flow pattern and flame propagation in spark ignition IC engines. In this paper only the initial results of very complex study on effects proposed modification in-cylinder processes including combustion stage, particular. The mentioned below incorporates state art multidimensional numerical modelling reactive chamber layout with moving boundaries engine two valves. main objective to investigate possibilities improvement output characteristics through modifications. Bearing mind unburnt mixture primarily controlled by dint turbulence diffusion, it prime importance optimization correctly identify certain types organized flows propagation. efforts have be aimed type or eventually their combination further development stage.
